Hi-Vis Apparel Manufacturing
Garment factories certify the finished garment — the fabric must hold retroreflection for 50 industrial washes at 60 °C.
50 industrial washes at 60 °C without dropping below Class 2. A garment factory buys fabric by the roll but certifies the finished garment, so the wash performance of the tape is the factory's risk, not the brand's.
NVR-FR200 is FR-treated and tested to that wash regime — NVR-PT50 50 mm piping covers the seams and the shoulder break where a flat tape will not follow the construction.
Both are supplied on rolls wide enough for automatic taping lines, with the batch code printed on the carton so a failed lot can be traced back to the coating run.

Industrial Laundry Programmes
Rental laundries run garments well past 50 cycles — heavier encapsulation, quoted against the laundry's own cycle spec.
Fire & Rescue
Turnout gear and rescue coveralls cross seams at every limb — FR tape plus piping, not flat tape alone.
Event & Security Staff
A steward vest is worn for a weekend — 25-wash fabric meets the visual standard at a fraction of FR cost.
