Incoterms
FOB Ningbo is the default. CIF and DAP are quoted on request with the freight and insurance broken out separately, so you can compare against your own forwarder.
Modes and transit
Sea freight for full containers and LCL, air freight for samples and urgent rolls, express for A4 swatches. Transit times are quoted per destination and are indicative — we do not control the carrier.
Packaging
Rolls are wound on a core, wrapped, and stood on a pallet with corner boards and stretch wrap. Pallet height is planned to the container so the load is stable without void fillers. Desiccant is added for sea freight.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, COA and, where applicable, certificate of origin and the declarations requested at order stage. Documents are issued in English unless another language is agreed in writing.
Damage or shortage
Inspect before signing the delivery receipt. If the pallet is damaged, note it on the carrier's document and photograph it — a claim against the carrier is much harder afterwards. Send the photos and the lot number to sales@novareflect.com within 30 days.
Returns
Material that does not meet the specification may be returned after written authorisation. Cut rolls and custom-coated widths cannot be resold and are handled as a claim rather than a return. Return freight is agreed case by case.
