What you give us
When you submit the enquiry form we store the name, email address, company, country and message you type. If you attach a specification, the file is stored with the enquiry. Nothing else on the form is required.
What the site records
Each page view sends one request with the page path, a random per-render identifier and a random visitor identifier kept in your browser's local storage. No cookies are set, no third-party script runs, and the identifier cannot be traced back to a person.
What we do with it
Enquiries are read by sales and application engineering to answer the question you asked. We do not sell or rent contact data, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a data sheet.
How long it stays
Enquiries are kept while the commercial relationship is active, then archived for accounting. Page-view records are aggregated; the raw rows are pruned on a rolling window.
Your rights
Write to sales@novareflect.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.
