Visibility you can specify.
Microprismatic sheeting, conspicuity tape and traffic safety systems tested to ASTM D4956, EN 12899-1 and FMVSS 108 — coated in Ningbo, shipped to 62 countries.
Four families. One optical supply chain.
Every product below is coated, laminated and slit in our own plants — not traded. That is why a 45.7 m roll ordered in March behaves like the one ordered in November.

Reflective Sheeting
Five optical grades from engineering to diamond, for signs, vehicles and work zones.

Tape & Fabric
Conspicuity tape, FR fabric and heat transfer vinyl for fleets and apparel lines.

Traffic Safety
Solar road studs, delineator posts, cones and warning lights for road authorities.

Photoluminescent
UL 924 listed exit signs and egress path marking for IBC / IFC compliance.
Five grades. One decision table.
The most expensive mistake in this industry is over-specifying a car park and under-specifying a gantry. This is the table our application engineers use on the phone.
| Grade | ASTM type | White RA | Where it earns its price | Model | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engineering | Type I | Urban signs, car park wayfinding, low-speed roads | NVR-1000 | 5 yr | |
| Super Engineering | Type II | Guideposts, delineators, short-run custom signs | NVR-2000 | 7 yr | |
| High Intensity Prismatic | Type IV | Highway signage, work zone drums, truck conspicuity | NVR-4200 | 10 yr | |
| Wide-Angle Prismatic | Type VIII | Overhead gantries, large-format signs, wet-night corridors | NVR-8000 | 12 yr | |
| Diamond Grade | Type XI | Expressway gantries, tunnel portals, high-speed approaches | NVR-11000 | 12 yr |
Every model above ships with an HTML datasheet, a batch-level test certificate and a downloadable TDS. 135 sheets are online — no form, no PDF wall.
Buyers search by scenario, not polymer.
So the whole catalogue is organised the same way: pick the place where the material has to work, then narrow by grade.

Work zone & traffic control
Cones, drums, vests and sheeting that stay legible in rain and low beam.

Hi-vis apparel
Fabric tested to 50 industrial washes without dropping below Class 2.

Urban & parking
Delineators, wheel stops and photoluminescent wayfinding.

Egress & evacuation
Path marking that keeps glowing after the power is gone.
Four things we do that most exporters don't.
None of them are about price. All of them are about the two questions a procurement engineer actually asks: will it pass acceptance, and will the next container match this one.
Batch-level traceability
Every roll carries a batch code linked to coating run, master roll and adhesive lot. Ask for a certificate and you get the actual run data, not a template.
Datasheets in HTML, not PDF
135 model datasheets are readable in the browser and indexed by Google. Competitors lock the same data inside a 40-page catalogue download.
Standards first, marketing second
12 standards pages explain what each test actually measures, which model complies, and which report proves it — before you ask.
English live, four more in review
ES, PT, RU and AR are in progress. A locale ships only when its datasheet wording has been reviewed by someone who reads it — until then the language menu marks it “soon” rather than showing a machine translation.
Coating, laminating and slitting under one roof.
Two plants totalling 38,000 m². Four coating lines, two laminating lines, six slitting centres. Microprism replication is done in-house — we do not buy master film and relabel it.
Twelve standards. Every one with a report behind it.
Compliance is not a logo strip. Each item below links to the page that explains the test method, states the minimum value and names the model that passes it.

Certificates are issued by SGS, TÜV Rheinland and Kiwa Inspecta. Full reports, with issue and expiry dates, are downloadable from the technical centre.
Shipped, installed, inspected.
Each case lists the country, the application, the volume and the acceptance result — the four things a reference is actually worth.
Poland · S7 expressway
NVR-8000 Type VIII for gantry signage and 96 km of delineation. Accepted first inspection, 2023.
Chile · Escondida mine
FR reflective fabric and piping for 4,200 haul-truck operator garments. 50-wash validation passed at 62 cycles.
Saudi Arabia · NEOM fleet
DOT-C2 perimeter tape applied to logistics trailers in 48 °C ambient. Adhesion re-tested at 6 and 12 months.
Written by the people who run the coaters.
Two long-form pieces a month on grade selection, compliance and installation — the three things buyers search for before they ever ask for a price.
The six questions we answer every week.
Grouped the way buyers ask them: grade, standard, volume, sample, lead time, paperwork.
10 rolls for stock grades, mixed colours allowed within one pallet. For a custom colour or a non-standard width the MOQ is 30 rolls, because the coater has to be cleaned down between runs.
Yes. A4 swatches of any stock grade are free; you cover the courier. For a full production trial we will send a 1.22 m × 5 m roll at cost, refundable against the first order above 100 rolls.
Type VIII or Type XI if the sign is overhead and read at speed; Type IV is usually enough for shoulder-mounted signs. The difference is angularity, not brightness — a Type IV read at 15° off-axis drops far more than a Type XI.
Every shipment includes a batch certificate with RA values, adhesion and lot number. Third-party reports from SGS or TÜV are available for the models listed in the standards centre, with issue and expiry dates.
15–20 days for stock grades from Ningbo, 25–30 days for custom colours. We hold 60,000 m² of the five core models in finished goods, so urgent work-zone orders can ship in 7 days.
Yes — OEM from 300 rolls with your artwork on the carton and a neutral or private-label liner print. ODM, including a new adhesive or a different release liner, starts at 1,500 rolls.
Still need a number?
Send the standard, the application and the annual volume. You will get a grade recommendation, a price band and a lead time — not a catalogue attachment.
