Four models. Pick by how much control you need.
Most first orders start as private label and move to ODM once the volume justifies the tooling. The reverse also happens — that is normal.
Private label
Our formulation, your brand. Film, liner, core, carton and label all carry your identity, and we never appear in the documents that reach your customer.
ODM — reformulate
Change the RA target, the colour, the adhesive or the thickness. We quote the tooling and the MOQ before you commit, not after.
Contract coating
Your substrate, our line. You supply the film or the fabric, we coat, laminate, cure and slit to your specification under your quality plan.
Master roll supply
Unbranded jumbo rolls for converters who slit, print or laminate in their own plant. Neutral packaging, no markings, no paperwork trail to us.

Four steps, and nobody starts before the previous one is signed.
The failure mode in OEM reflective supply is a verbal grade agreement that nobody wrote down. This sequence exists to prevent it.
Specification
You send the standard, the application and the annual volume. We reply with the grade, the substrate and the two or three parameters that will decide whether it passes inspection.
Sample
Stock swatch in three days, custom in twelve. The sample carries the lot number of the trial run, so what you approve is what production repeats.
First article
Before volume, a first-article report: RA at three geometries, adhesion, colour coordinates, dimensional check. You sign it once; every later lot is measured against it.
Volume & retention
Production runs with a retained sample per lot for 36 months. Reorders reference the approved first article, not a fresh conversation.

What we protect, and what we refuse.
Built for a container, not a warehouse shelf.
Reflective film is damaged by compression and by humidity, in that order. The packing below is what survived the most claims.
Export packing
Rolls on edge, in a moisture-barrier bag with 5 g desiccant per roll, then a five-ply carton and a pallet strapped at four points.
Container loading
20 ft takes 10 pallets / 22,000 m² of 1.22 m film. Loading photos and a sealed tally sheet are sent before the doors close.
Documents in the box
Packing list, COA per lot, and the customs description that matches the HS code you declared — a mismatch here is the most common customs delay.
The four we get on every OEM enquiry.
Only marks you hold and can evidence. We will print a CE mark if you supply the declaration of conformity and the notified-body certificate number; we will not print a DOT-C2 mark on film that has not been tested to the geometry that mark implies.
2,000 m² per SKU for stock colours, 5,000 m² for a Pantone match. Below that the setup cost per square metre is higher than the material, which is not a good deal for either side.
We sell NOVAREFLECT in 62 markets, so the honest answer is: possibly. Territory exclusivity is the mechanism, and it is available above 40,000 m² per year. If that is not reachable yet, we will tell you who else we supply in your country rather than let you find out later.
You do. It is tagged with your reference, stored separately, used only on your orders, and returned or destroyed at your instruction. We keep a photograph of the tool and its tag in the handover file.
