Quotation
Prices are quoted per order and state the Incoterm, the currency, the validity period and the lead time. A quotation is not an offer to supply unlimited quantity; the validity period exists because film prices follow resin.
Order and payment
An order is accepted when we issue a proforma invoice. Payment terms are stated on that invoice. Production starts after the deposit clears and after artwork or specification is approved in writing.
Delivery
Lead time is counted from deposit and artwork approval, not from the enquiry. Risk passes according to the Incoterm on the invoice. See Shipping & Returns for what happens when a shipment is short or damaged.
Warranty
The warranty period is stated on the quotation for the specific product. It covers the material performing within the standard it is sold against, applied and stored as described in the TDS. It does not cover installation damage, substrate failure or application outside the stated temperature range.
Claims
Notify us within 30 days of arrival, quoting the lot number from the core label or the COA. We will ask for photographs and a retained sample. Claims are settled by replacement, credit or refund at our option.
Governing law
Contracts are governed by the law stated on the proforma invoice. Where the parties cannot agree, disputes go to the agreed arbitration venue rather than to a court in the buyer's country by default.
