NVR-C2 DOT-C2 tape went on the trailers to the FMVSS 108 pattern. The application window was moved to early morning because surface temperature at midday is above the adhesive's stated range.
Adhesion was re-tested at 6 and 12 months: no lift at the seams after two summers. The pattern compliance was checked on the first 40 trailers and then sampled, which is how a fleet this size is actually inspected.
